About the duration of support of versions
Starting at 5/10/2023, a change in the support time to support Project Monitor versions will be applied.
In order to provide the best quality of services to our customers, 2 support ranges are set up:
- a main support period, which corresponds to the period during which the version is available in SaaS environment
- an extended support period for OnPremise environments, lasting 2 years after the SaaS version has disappeared

In order to make users benefit from an ever richer and more efficient application, we advise you to regularly update Project Monitor.
If your OnPremise platform is in a version prior to version 6.5.0, do not hesitate to request the Support Team, in order to have the necessary technical requirements to upgrade.
